IMA came into being in 2013.
IMA provides following services to its’ clients in Manufacturing Industry:

IMA has identified that People are the key element for any company to grow consistently. A Company’s team will consist of at least two layers.

- The rest of the employees of the company. For them, IMA started the Leadership development programs with the help of Technology.

Mr. Srinivas Rao K [B.Com, ACMA, MBA (OUBS – UK)] .., help Manufacturing Companies to grow profitably while implementing world class standards in People, Products and Processes.
Mr. Srinivas Rao K holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and a Master of Business Administration degree from IIM Bangalore. He is based in Coimbatore, India, where he lives with his wife and two children. He enjoys reading, traveling, and playing chess in his spare time.
Mr. Srinivas Rao K is a business consultant and coach with over 30 years of experience in helping companies grow and improve their performance. He has designed and implemented business systems in about 25 companies across various industries, such as automotive, construction, oil and gas, and foundry. He has also personally coached about 15 entrepreneurs and senior leaders, one of whom won the ‘Emerging Entrepreneur Award’ from ET at national and Asia Pacific level.
Some of his notable achievements include:
– Successfully turning around a sick company taken over by RANE in 1994.
– Helping ELGI grow 5 times in 6 years from Rs 230 Crores to Rs 1200 Crores.
– Helping a construction equipment company grow from Rs 54 Crores to Rs 680 Crores in five years.
– Helping an edible oil company grow from Rs 825 Crores to Rs 1300 Crores in three years.
– Helping a foundry grow 300% in five years.
– Helping RANE Brake Linings Limited win Deming Prize in 2003.
– Helping an automotive parts company establish their exports function and improve their exports by 25% in one year.

Mr. Srinivas Rao K is passionate about developing leaders who can create a positive impact on their organizations and society. He conducts leadership training for about 500 people so far and has designed and developed several leadership development programs. He also helped a plant that is very inefficient become ‘Champion of Champions’ by training the team in leadership competencies.
He has a long and impressive track record of helping companies grow and improve their operations. He have a deep understanding of lean principles, quality management, and leadership development.
